PixelBull offers multiple ways for you to request designs. Most of our clients choose to request designs directly via our PixelBull dashboard. Others prefer live communication with the team by Slack, and some prefer creating a task directly thru email.
Depending on the complexity of your task, it can take 1-2 days or more. Simple projects can be completed in a day or two. Larger, more complex tasks may take longer. Simple revisions can usually be made within one business day.
We want to make sure that you're happy with our work, so if you don't like the design we create, just let us know and we'll change it until you are happy with it. We offer unlimited revisions on all subscriptions!
Yep! All of our plans allow for unlimited team members—but each member will have to use the same design queue as the team.
